Director Employer Brand Strategy - Creative Director

Having started her career as copywriter at Ogilvy & Mather in Germany in the nineties, Rotraud developed her creative spectrum by finishing a Master in Communication Design. This led her to become a freelance creative director working for international network agencies and bou­tique studios in Germany and abroad, developing solutions for global clients like Allianz, Guinness, VW, UBS, TUI, Renault and Swisscom. 

Running her own advertising agency from 2001 to 2012 added profound know­ledge in brand development and consultancy to Rotraud’s port­folio. Challenged with the opportunity to develop a creative depart­ment, she then joined TMP Worldwide Germany as Director Employer Brand Strategy and Creative Director.
