Henry is a writer and researcher in the Brand Consultancy team at AIA. After a stint as a parliamentary researcher, he started working in Employer Brand consultancy helping clients to define their challenge, understand their audience and then write something clean and compelling to solve the problem. Since then he has written everything from job adverts to employee value propositions, internal communications campaigns to definitions of corporate culture. He even once researched and wrote a set of internal risk management guidelines for a global consultancy.
